i am not reading the Straits Times anymore because their english is so crooked and their vocab is like crap. i am now an avid supporter of the International Herald Tribune. not that i actually even read the Straits Times. but when i have to search for damn articles and find words which i do not understand for my english homework, i shall never turn to the Straits Times. they have no damn vocab skills and they even make occasional grammatical errors. luckily my dad brings back the Herald Tribune sometimes. it has satisfied me with vocabulary words of a higher standard than 'tentative' and 'circulate' which are all i can find of this Straits Times H1N1 article. SUPPORT THE INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE. the font looks nicer too :)
and today was the first day of school. -.- just looking at myself in my pinofore made me feel like i was about to be caged in prison. okay but with my tie, i could be a prison guard. so we went to school. no assembly because everyone was trying to avoid adeline the superhuman zombie. so we went to class and i went to sleep while everyone scattered into their little teams to discuss how they would tackle me without being eaten themselves. then we had a lame briefing about H1N1 after taking our temperature. (i'm undead. i had 34 degrees C. really o_o) but the briefing was much appreciated by me because i managed to feed my nocturnal needs and return to my dream of assassinating the malevolent MOE. ( before i went back to mass massacre of the MOE, i heard my principal over the PA system say that we should keep 1 metre away from people. well that's evidently impossible). so first lesson was chemistry. managed to slice a few members of the MOE before being deafened by my chem teacher. then there was english. best. i managed to skin and eviscerate all my victims :). just nice. cause for the rest of the day, no more time.
TIME TO GET BACK TO MY HERALD TRIBUNE.
